Sometimes the hardest conversation to have is the one with yourself. I recently had to have a heart to heart conversation about myself. Self doubt started to bring his presence around.
I felt like I was failing (I know right) with this weight loss journey. I gain ten pounds (due to fluid retention) and I felt terrible about it. I had to CHECK MYSELF. I had to tell myself Tristan, you loss over 200 pounds and you are sad about ten.
Sometimes you got to focus in the positive because they usually out weigh the negative.
